Everyone knows that moving home can be one of the most stressful times people go through.
We have put together a list of our most asked questions when moving home along with what people should be aware of when moving.

Which regions do you cover?
Tee’s Removals is based in Nottingham and has a small base in Newark. We cover the whole of the East Midlands area, and can move you to any destination in the UK including the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight.
How do I get a quote for my move?
Really simple, just contact us by phone, email or fill out the form on our website. We can then arrange a free pre-move survey or video call.
Can I get a quote over the phone?
We can only offer hourly rates over the phone, for a fixed price we would need to complete a pre-move survey or video call.
Once I have accepted my quote, how do I book my removals date?
Contact us once you have your move date and we can get you booked in.
What if I dont have a fixed date for my move yet?
If anybody knows how vicarious the moving process is, we do. We know that solid dates are rarely given far in advance, that’s why all we ask is that as soon as you have your confirmed move date, you let us know. Once your date is confirmed, we take a 25% deposit to secure that date for you.
Do you provide a packing service?
Yes, we provide 3 packing options; a full pack, a part pack or a fragiles-only pack. Each of our packages can be tailored to your individual needs.
Can you dismantle and reassemble my furniture?
Yes, master beds are dismantled and reassembled as standard with every move. If you would like other pieces of furniture dismantled and reassembled, this can be arranged, simply contact our office team or talk to your surveyor during your home visit.
How are my goods protected during the move?
All our vans come equipped with covers, webbing ties and transit blankets to protect the contents of your home whilst in our care.
Can you disconnect my washing machine?
We are more than happy to disconnect/connect any washing machines, this service is not covered on our insurance.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We require a 25% non refundable/transferable deposit to secure your move date.
How and when do I pay for my move?
Payment for your move is required via BACS 24 hours prior to your move day.
