Will our business have to shut down while we move?
Not necessarily. For moves that can't afford a full shutdown, we stage the work: clearing one floor or department at a time while the rest of your team continues. If you have a quiet period or a preferred out-of-hours window, tell us at the survey and we'll build the schedule around it.
Is the quote a fixed price?
Yes. The written quote issued after the survey is fixed. As long as the move matches what we surveyed, the price doesn't change. If the scope grows, we tell you the cost before doing anything extra.
Do you move and dismantle office furniture?
Yes. We dismantle flat-pack and modular desks, move them, and reassemble at the new address. Larger items such as meeting room tables and storage units are padded and transported whole where access allows.
Do you move IT equipment?
We move IT hardware once it has been disconnected and packed by your team or IT provider. We don't disconnect live systems. Monitors and peripherals we can box and label; desktop towers and laptops should be confirmed powered down before we load.
Do you offer storage alongside an office move?
Yes. If you're moving in stages or your new premises aren't ready, we can collect on your vacate date and store your furniture and equipment at our indoor facility in Colwick, NG4, then re-deliver when you're ready.
